    Do all Diabetes Recipes End In Unpalatable Food?

     Diabetes can only be controlled, it cannot be cured.     You may come across some who claim they have a diabetes diet recipe which is the sure way of controlling your diabetes. The fact is that there is no diabetes recipe which helps all diabetic patients. But of definite help in diabetic meal plans is following the three principles:

    • Diet menus should be individualized and customized to the diabetic patient’s requirement, overseen by the physician

    • Eat regular meals with similar caloric content. Skipping meals or bingeing may throw the entire system out of gear.

    • Balanced diet comprising all major groups of food.

    Diabetic diet is to help you improve your health by controlling blood glucose, body fats and blood pressure.  A well designed diet will help prevent, delay or treat diabetes complication.
